Alfredo Heraldez has been an associate with the Law Offices of Eric Cedillo, P.C. since October 2007. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric Cedillo, P.C. Mr. Heraldez was employed as in house counsel for a national financial services company focusing his practice in finance, consumer lending, and collections law. Mr. Heraldez has assisted clients with a wide variety of legal matters including, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Consumer Protection.

Mr. Heraldez earned his B.A. in Political Science/ Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, San Diego, Earl Warren College. In 2003 he received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. In 2003 Mr. Heraldez was a visiting scholar at Oklahoma City University School of Law.
